Calbuco Volcano Eruption in Chile

Chile’s Calbuco volcano erupted for the first time in 40 years this week. Footage from the area shows a huge column of lava and ash being sent several miles into the air. The Calbuco volcano is one of the most active in Chile, but its eruption took officials in the area by surprise.
